Nordic Spa House sits on Scripton Gill, a quiet leafy street in Brandon — a small village three miles from Durham cathedral and a short drive from the Northumberland coast.

From the front, it reads as a considered family home on a tree-lined road. Step through to the back and the garden reveals itself: a cedar pergola sheltering a private hot tub under open sky, a cold plunge that wakes every nerve, a skylit spa room, an outdoor shower, a pool table, and a private gym tucked away from the house.

The contrast is the whole point. You won't find this in a glossy destination or a rebranded chain cottage. You find it here, in the quiet — and that's exactly what makes it work.
